As organisations automate more decisions, approvals, and transactions, they need greater confidence in the people, organisations, information, and authority behind them.

Automation can accelerate a good process.

It can also accelerate a process built on incorrect, outdated, or untrusted information.

Modern organisations rarely operate within a single technology environment.

Organisations must also be able to trust the people, organisations, information, and authority behind the interactions moving through them.

This requires moving beyond point-in-time identity verification towards trusted digital relationships that can be maintained, governed, and validated as circumstances change.

Organisations that build this capability will be better positioned to reduce friction, strengthen governance, and automate business processes with greater confidence.
